Kobylynska Tetiana – Doctor of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Entrepreneurship, Finance and Taxation Department in the National University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.
Graduated from the State Agro-ecological Academy of Ukraine, the National Academy of Public Administration with the support of the President of Ukraine.
She presented Ph.D. dissertation and senior doctoral dissertation (Major: 08.00.10 – Statistics).

Currently working on theoretical and practical issues:
- Statistical evaluation of the agricultural enterprises activities;
- Statistical analysis of the environmental impacts of agricultural enterprises;
- The role of the agrarian sector in the system of national ecological and economic
accounting; - Development and improvement of satellite ecological accounts in the System of
National Accounts of Ukraine.
